Hi, I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, but as you will see, it doesn't fit quite fit into the other categories I don't think. The closest that I was able to find is http://www.afraidtoask.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showflat/Number/68228/page/38 but it is significantly different issue, so please move the thread if I indeed posted it incorrectly. I will try to not offend anybody with the terms used.
Basically, for many years now, since my teenage years, I often drip a bit of what seems like semen from my penis when I do number 2. I am 99% sure that it is indeed semen, but I do not have an orgasm meanwhile (nor am I excited at the time or recently masturbated). It comes from forcing out the feces, the effort leaks out some fluid almost every time I poop. I am pretty sure this has been going on before I started having sex, and I have been screened for STDs multiple times before and always came out clean.
One of the only issues that I can think of is that I am a hairy guy, and in blood-work when I was in puberty registered an above normal testosterone count, but that has come down to normal range in blood exams since.
Question is, does anybody know if this is normal? Is there a chance of my prostate being too close to the tract that when I poop the feces pressures it? If so, should I be worried about it or is it just something quirky? I have asked a couple of guy friends but they have looked at me weird, and I would rather prevent having an awkward doctor's visit if this is more common than I think.

Sorry, last follow-up.

But in my case there is no discomfort, no pain. And I also have a pretty frequent sex-life throughout the years, normal ~1x a day solo as a teenager and "serial monogamist" since... so this doesn't quite seem to fit either. Any help?

I have heard this before that the pressure of the feces on the prostate area causes leakage which I'm going to say is "proabably" precum and not semen.

Thanks sdp, you're probably right in that it is pre-cum, but is the fact that the feces is causing the pressure something to be worried about?
