damn, someone posted a great little video clip here years ago that showed a simple method.
here's a method that works... and if I explain it well enough, this might need to be pinned or possibly patented lol
you need a hand towel, an elastic band and a plastic bag. The bag could be a regular grocery bag but something heavier is better, like a large ziplock or the type of long, narrow, thick-walled bag they give you at a wine or liquor store to carry a bottle.
You'll have to experiment to get it right for you.
lay the towel out flat (maybe folded in half) lay the bag on the towel, about 2/3 on the towel and 1/3 (open end) off. Roll it up so the bag is in the centre of the towel roll.
Now, fold the open end of the bag, inside out, over the towel roll and snap an elastic band over the contraption to hold everything in place.
VIOLA a little lube and away you go

Ask your gal or a gal friend to go to one of those sex toy parties the women are all into these days, they got something they sell that feels just like the real thing. My wife's friend bought her husband one because she was going away for 3 weeks and he couldn't go with her. He didn't want to try it at first but said he finally broke down and did and couldn't believe how "real" it felt.

The best one hands down is PVC pipe insulation. Although I doubt its around the house its super cheap and easy to get.
Go to a hardware store and look for piping insulation and buy one that has a circumference on the inside that is slightly tighter then the circumference of your hard on. Make sure to buy one thats seamless on the inside (no stitching or glue of the sort.)
Now once you have it, cut it down roughly to about ten inches to a foot. There's a couple things you can do. If you are young I suggest the second thing. The first thing is take epoxy/super glue and glue one end of the piping together so that air cannot escape too well from one side, but the other side is open. Leave it to dry for roughly a day or two, and then double check that it's dry. Pour water into the open end to check how well you glued, if its well glued there should be either no water coming out the other end or a very small amount. If you are young, like I said, I don't suggest playing with super glue, and the other method works just as well the only difference is you don't get the same 'mobility' so it is less convenient.
The second method is cutting it a little longer bending on end, and slipping it under you mattress/box spring.
Make sure to lube it up, and pump away. You should get a feeling of air pressure when you are pushing in so that there is some resistance, and the piping should also 'suck' on the way back out. Just make sure there isnt too much air pressure and you somehow hurt yourself.
I've heard of Afghanistan soldiers taking some of this piping out there..
Personally as far as masturbation goes, nothing will replace the traditional way, but stuff like this is always good to mix it up once in a while.

I would be careful with plastic paper bags and anything made of plastic. It could contain harmful substances and I don't think you want those substances on your glans where they are absorbed.
today you can hear about the dangers of plastic everywhere. What's also awful are those cheap swimming pools made of plastic which you fill with air. They often contain harmful substances.
I think if you want to do such things you should at least wear some protection.
I also dont know if trying to hump something which is nearly airtight is such a good idea. If there is too much pressure then maybe the air gets forced into the urethra! eek!
