I'm just wondering how long it takes for the birth control pill YAZ to be effective. My girlfriend is on her last week of her first pack. also we were wondering what the white pills are meant for. see she got it to cure her acne but we might want to use it for somethin' else if you know what mean, $;\)$ haha.

1st:I'm sure that you could look it up on their website, or a Google search may yield more results than it would here.
2nd:Why would she get a birth control medication to treat acne?

I would wait a month for it to be effective. Its what I'm on right now.

The white pills are probably the sugar pills which you take to build routine so you dont forget a pill. I dont have the sugar pills I only have 21 pills.
