Sticky foreskin?

hi the inside of my foreskin (inner foreskin) sticks to my glans when i pull it back. my foreskin is not tight, it retracts fine when erect but after a shower in the morning, during the day when i retract it such as when urinating, the inside of the foreskin is quite stick and sticks to the glans. i can peel it off, its not painful or uncomfortable, its just really annoying and a cosmetic issue. when i put a little bit of moisturizing cream on the base of the glans and under the foreskin after a shower, it doesnt become sticky during the day.
my question is, what causes this stickyness?

Quite simply, a low production of oils. Not much you can do about it except deal with it.

Hey man. I have the exact 'sticky' problem as you and damn does it get annoying. As for the odour sometimes I have one. Sometimes it's not there and I just think it's natural. If it dosent go away with washing then it may be natural. But check for signs of a yeast infection. Just in case
