After I spend the weekend with my girlfriend and we have lots of sex, my dick’s head always is sore, raw, and red. the vagina is acidic by nature. It helps to naturally keep it clean.

If it is doing that to your cock, make sure you don't orally please her! Just make sure you wash it right after sex and maybe put some moisturizing cream on it to sooth the burning sensation.

Hi,
If you suspect that it is from sensitivity to acidity, then try soak your penis in coca cola or pepsi for a short time period. If you do not have any reaction then it is definitely only caused by friction and possibly using some extra lubricant will solve the problem.
Using a lubricant such as petroleum jelly will also serve to protect your penis from acidity, but do be aware that it is not safe to use petroleum jelly whilst using condoms as a form of birth control.
