For the past week almost I've had terrible bowel problems. As soon as I eat I feel my stomach hurt and soon after I get the urge to defecate. It seems I'm about to take a really big shit but all that comes out is a tiny little string. Sometimes I get a thick, muddy goo that comes out instead or sometimes I just shit clear-yellow mucus. Other times it's like "solid diarrhrea" or like a "mud-pie" almost. I also feel like I have gas all the time yet I can't expel it no matter how much I try.
I have tried taking peptol bismol tablets and all they do nothing except turn my stringy shits black. I also tried eating yogurt but no help.
Yesterday I ate a thin-crust pizza, yogurt w/ granola, and a 14-oz rare steak w/ broccoli and mashed potatoes. Today I just had a bagel with cream cheese so far. I think my diet is somewhat normal and I'm not eating any differently.
Please help me, what is wrong with me? and i can't go to a doctor

Something seems wrong, but I think it won't be possible to find out what without going to the doctor and probably a barium X-ray. If this keeps up, especially the pain or the mucus, you must get to the doctor.
It does seem to me that your diet could do with more fruit and vegetables. It seems a bit low on fibre, not to mention vitamin C.

sounds a lot like salmonella or, at the worst, norwalk virus.
Both of which will pass on their own. "shittin through the eye of a needle" is your body's way of getting rid of the bug
My family and I all had norwalk a few years ago. It went away in a couple days.
Here's a TMI for you though... I had it so bad that I would drink a glass of cold water and then have cold diarrhea because everything was going through so damn fast!

Well I went on a wknd trip and when I got back I had a huge shit and I feel a little more empty but I noticed little globs of blood in the feces on the toilet paper. I'm just going to pretend I didn't see that and ride this one out.

been there, done that, only The town I lived in had gotten cow shit in the water supply and 95% of the town, doctors included, all had giardia , all at once.
I was in jr high and will never forget the experience.
In addition to my past, I have a question.
OP (fucked if I recall who posted this shit (pun intended) to begin with but WL sticks in my head) You wipe and had blood on the paper, was it red or black?
Red indicates bleeding very near the exit hole and is more likely to be less worrisome. black blood indicates a problem deeper in the gut, should never be ignored.
Most times after being sick and you get red blood on the shit ticket its your asshole being raw from wiping every minutes.

The blood was red not black but I was shitting a black slime which I attributed to overuse of peptol bismol tablets.
Last night I ate a casserole with mushrooms, peas, carrots, beef, potatoes and I had some more of it today. Ten minutes later I had an urge to shit and I could easily notice solid whole pieces of mushrooms, carrots, and peas in the toilet.
If I had plucked them out of the toilet, rinsed them off, and served them to someone they probably could not have noticed anything out of the ordinary. As gross as it sounds, that's how it actually looks. Fuck I might a well just shit on a dinner plate and give it to someone I don't like.
What I don't know is if that was from the leftover food I had 5 minutes earlier or the original meal over 12 hrs ago. Can food really pass through that fast?
I don't feel sick otherwise, just sometimes I get an urge to shit and only a string comes out, other times I feel extremely gassy and am able to shit out prob. 5 lbs of sludge and I feel somewhat empty afterward, and now I'm seeing the food come out looking no different than it did going in....WTF

It won't stop. I am in so much pain. I can press down on my lower abdomen and hear all sorts of gurgling sounds when I do that. No matter how hard I push all I get is just shit on the toilet paper but nothing in the bowl. Even when I shit, 20 min later I get the urge to go again and just a fucking rice sized pellet comes out. Fuck life, fuck shit.

Thats nearly 2 weeks now.
If I were you, I think I woudl be heading to see a doc.
I had a friend who had the same shit as you, she ended up wtih an ulcer.
You had been eating pepto tablets, Ever stop taking them? Could be they are plugging you up and your now in need of a laxative to counter the effects?
You are to the point, if it were me, Id seek help from someone who knows what they are doing and stop fucking around on a website.

Any prolonged abnormality with the digestive system shouldn't be questioned. It's a sign that a doctor visit is absolutely necessary. I would make an appointment first thing in the morning.

Are you in school? You could go to the school nurse and ask if he/she will recommend that you see a doctor. That may help persuade your parents.

Isn't anyone here an internet doctor?
I told my mom but she just gave me some herbal shit and i also drank 4 tbsp of milk of magnesia not too long ago.
i did have a bowel movement about the thickness of a magic marker but it was smooth and looked like brown play-dough, all homogenous. I did have some gas earlier but i always feel constant pressure
also, with an obstruction dont you vomit up shit?

If I was writhing on the floor in desperate need of a kidney transplant, they would just tell me to take a fucking asprin. If I had my arm turn off by an industrial thresher they would just give me a band-aid. No one is more jewier than my parents.
I told my mom I was worried my colon was tied in a knot or something and she said that was just a "worst case scenario" and I was just "imagining the worst."
Well I took the milk of magnesia and this morning as soon as I woke up I had 20 min worth of burning diarrhea. Why does it burn so much? I didn't eat anything spicy. Then a little later I shit some more and it was solid but my gut still aches.
So I guess it was nice knowing all of you because I might as well be on death row now cause my colon is gonna rupture at any moment now and I will die.

Sounds like Irritatable Bowl Syndrom (IBS), something I have been dealing with since I was about 20 years old. You really should see a doctor, nothing can be diagnosed without seeing one. Are you old enough to drive? If so, call your family doctor, make your own appointment, and drive yourself there. They should have your insurance information of file.
What has helped me is drinking Metamucil twice a day. (I drink a glass around 8am and the second glass around 1pm. If I seem to be having abnormally bad stomach issues I'll drink a third glass later in the day). Since I have been doing this I have rarely had the issues as you have described above.

I'm sorry you have to deal with it. It can be painful and hit at the worst time. Do it effect you right after you eat? My friend is usually rushing to find a bathroom like 10 minutes after he has eaten.... When he says " I Need to find a bathroom. you have about 5 minutes before he's blowing an ass gasket

The cost of a standard office visit to a family practitioner around here is about $50.00, of course that varies greatly by area and doctor. if you can scrape up the amount for the office visit then the doctor may either be able to recommend something, then and there, to get you relief or, at least, he would be a person of authority on your side telling your parents that an aspirin or band-aid isn't going to fix the problem.

Yup it does, but not all the time; Metamucil has really helped a lot in that department. But, like your friend, I usually know about 10 minutes (sometimes sooner) after eating if it's going to agree with me or not. I try to stay clear of things that have MSG and have a lot of spice, which sucks because I LOVE spicy food. I do my spicy foods when I am home and have no plans on going out lol.
One "positive" that has come from having IBS, is that I got over my weird fear of public bathrooms... well when it came to defecating anyways, never had a fear of urinating lol. With IBS, you have no choice.
If your friend doesn’t already, tell him I recommend drinking Metamucil and to give it a try for a couple weeks and see if it helps with symptoms. I’ve tried about every medication a doctor can prescribe and nothing worked. Only thing that has helped reduce symptoms (severe bathroom emergencies, cramps, and bloating) has been Metamucil. And best part its good for the heart and the colon.  Oh and the Berry Burst actually tastes awesome, tastes like you are drinking fruit juice so I recommend that flavor lol.

anyway, politics aside, any improvement?
Is there no way you can see a doctor in an emergency? There must be a way to see a doctor outside of your parents insurance.
