This is real akward but a few weeks ago I gave my ex oral and the next week I have a cold sore on my lip that eventually healed and came off. Recently though I have gotton tiny random sores in my mouth. Not that big but last a day and then go away? What could this be? and I keep checking down there and I have no kind of outbreaks. I just don't know why I keep getting these little sores

Welcome to A2A, jar83pat. Sores on the lip can be a type of herpes, but generally not genital herpes. Sores in the mouth, however are usually canker sores (like small ulcers), not herpes.
I discovered years ago that I had an allergy to citric acid and when I drank too much orange juice, ate too much fresh citrus and pineapple, etc. that I would get the canker sore. Now I intentionally attempt to limit my intake of foods that cause me a problem.
