If you get raped in the anus you could bleed from there? What is it that's torn(?) that could cause you to bleed from your anus?

Any tissue that is torn, and thus blood vessels damaged, will cause bleeding. The anus is not as flexible (expandable) as the vagina. A large penis can cause some tearing of the tissues.

The penis doesn't even need to be large to cause tearing of the anal tissue. Without proper lubrication and without being relaxed any size penis can cause tearing of the tissue. And that's not even mentioning the fact rape is brutal and usually a struggle so the fact its going to be rough along with what I mentioned above, will without a doubt cause tearing.

I really didn't state that well at all. The point that I was trying to make is that when two things (whatever you care to choose--not even necessarily body parts) rub together, friction and abrasion is caused unless as Eddie properly said, lubrication is used. Abrasion anywhere on the body causes bleeding. If you skin your knee, you have an abrasion and bleeding. Force, as in rape, would definately cause an abrasion.
