Yes, you heard me right. 
I'm trying to lose muscle mass. I'm actually pretty built right now, naturally, as in I don't work out at all, I do some heavy lifting at work but not enough to replace a work out, I don't think... anyway, I'm wondering what I can do, diet-wise, perhaps through manipulation of my protein intake, so that I can cut down on the muscle. Any tips?

Do a crapload of curls with 5 pound weights to lose muscle mass in your arms, run or take up dancing for your legs. do tons of crunches to lose it in the Torso.
