When I'm with a girl, I tend to get all caught up in the moment mentally, and last like 10 seconds. It's embarrassing. But what happened last night is so much worse.
I was with a girl, and no matter how hard I thought, or how little I thought about it, or what I did, I could not stay hard. Things would be going great, crazy horny, stiff as a board, then I grab a condom, and it starts to die on me. I quickly throw it on, but by the time I'm in position, it's softer than soft-serve ice cream. We tried it 4 times, 3 at night, and once when we woke up. I just couldn't do it. And god I wanted to... WTF is wrong with me.

Probably nothing - just one of those things. I think just about every man finds something of the sort at some time - perhaps hormones happen to be low, and then when it happens, worry that it might happen again keeps it happening.

Tell me about it. I need a way to clear my mind about sex. It ends up being way too stressful... will I last 2 seconds? gotta focus on lasting a long time... (which makes me not). Now I've got to add in "will i be able to keep it up?" which will probably make me not...

Try not to expect penetrative sex for a while. The other stuff will please her as much or more, and it will lower the stress and you can gradually get back into it again.

An update, I was with this same girl last night. We've hooked up inbetween now and then. Without a condom, I can be hard as a rock, and we can have sex for a while, once I put a condom on, its either a struggle to stay hard, or to not cum... I can't seem to last that long and it's really annoying me. Of course I know the more I think about it, the more a problem it becomes. I'm just annoyed because last night was the first time she started to really enjoy it, I could tell, but I'm unable to really go hard or fast otherwise I'll orgasm and that'll be that. We tried twice, both times same thing...
