As per the rules..
A.S. S.A.M.P.L.E.
Age: 17 ish. Sex: Male Signs & Symptoms: Swelling (ish) under the left nipple, that has never gone away. Slightly tender, but not really, as if it was constantly hard.
Allergies: None Medications: None Pertinent past medical history: None to be mentioned Last oral intake: Yeah, clean diet. Events associated with or leading up to this injury or illness: I'm sure this was the cause of it, I was bit directly on the area by a mosquito about a year ago, and when the bite went away it was left like it is now. Other side is completely fine, but the left side has a bump ish under it and is sensitive.
Thanks for any and all help.

Welcome to A2A, RamenFTW.
Swollen nipples are common in puberty, as a result of the hormone changes, and they can last for years. They are often a little tender. Sometimes only one nipple is affected. It's possible this is what has happened to you, and the mosquito bite just directed your attention to what was happening anyway.
Alternatively, perhaps the reaction to the mosquito bite caused some sort of cyst to form. That can be treated, but only a very careful examination by a doctor (and perhaps a scan) could tell the difference, I think.

Thanks for the quick response! Glad to hear it's benign, though. If it was a cyst, should I concern myself? Rather, what should my plan of action be. Would a cyst necessitate a response, or could I afford to wait until it would presumably would disappear? Thanks again.

Some cysts eventually go by themselves, but if it has been a year, probably it would need treatment - a bit of minor surgery. If it is just a hormonal reaction, though, it will go away by itself.
People often worry about cancers, but if it were cancerous it would be expected to grow larger and larger.
