I was just wondering, I'm taking the pill, but when it comes to the week with the period, would it not happen if you were pregnant and didn't know, or would you still have one?

Generally your period is an indicator that you are not pregnant. As long as you are consistently and regularly taking your pills, the chances of pregnancy are almost zero.
