I would imagine the answers are yes and yes. It's one of those things you can automatically do better yourself, because you get the feedback how it feels, but on the other hand it is more fun if someone else is involved. So it may work or it may not.
Perhaps you could guide his hand?

yes and yes, might i suggest cutting back on the self indulgence? it worked with me, ive been choking the chicken for YEARS now (yes i realize we are of different species) and now that i finally have someone to do it for me it felt awesome but i just couldnt orgasm, i was too used to my own touch. i stopped masturbating for awhile and she had a MUCH easier time making both my heads spin.
so as much as it might suck, try cutting back on the self love for awhile and see what happens
and please for the sake of all malekind do not fake orgasms, as far as i know my lady hasnt with me but if she did i would not be happy

guys definitely can do it. sometimes with mine i will exagerate my moaning a little bit when he hits the spots. that way he knows for sure what feels good. holding his hand and aiming helps too but thats a little wierd to me.
