2 age gap problems?

Ok, I'm going to start by saying I'm 17. I've ran into two possible issues.
First one. I've been hanging with this 13 year old girl, now I'm not actually trying to date her or anything, nor do I think she has this ideal that we would, but all my friends seems to think something will happen. Now I'm smart enough not to screw her. But they seem to think if she ends up kissing me in public or something I'll get in trouble. I'm pretty sure it has to be at least oral before it's considered illegal. But I don't know. Again I don't believe anythings going to happen, but I thought I'd check what the legal standings are just incase.
Second one is. I met one of my online friends we hung out a few times, she's actually a friend of friends I know in person, and in my towns generally area we just never met until we shown up in suggest friends area. It said of course on her myspace she was 16. Anyways without going into the stories she wanted to give me head so I let her.
Now anyways I heard from her friends friend that they think she's only 14. They don't know each other well and I haven't talked to her again yet so she may actually be 16... But incase she's only 14, can I get fucked over by her if she wanted to tell someone?

Yes, kissing a 13 year old is not illegal. However, it could well make people call you a paedophile.
If all your friends expect that something will happen, then at the least they represent the general prejudice; or (as often happens) they, from the advantage of distance, can see things more clearly than you.
I believe in some states a three-year age gap is accepted by law, but in many it isn't.

Kissing no problem other than the social ramifications.

My advice dont have any physical relations with the girl who says she is 16 on myspace. They are trouble. Ive had experiences with falling for / messing around with younger girls when I was younger...
as for the 13 year old, I dont think its illegal to kiss her. But if your friends and other people most likely with give you a hard time about it.
