Hi I am going to see a Urologist in a few weeks about a testicular problem but Ive also in the past week or so had some pain on the underside of the head of my penis where I have some sebaceous glands or Fordyce's Spots im not sure wants the difference. The spots have been there for years but just lately have been very sore. As its under the head every time I roll back the foreskin it is uncomfortable. Can I tell the Urologist this or should I have to go to a GP to have it checked out?

I would certainly bring it to the attention of your urologist. He's going to be down there anyway.

You could tell the Urologist whilst he's down there, though if you dont he might notice it straight away and ask you about it. You never know. But my advice would be bring his attention to it to make things easier.

Peace and love
