I didnt really know where to post this. I am going to go see a doctor soon but wanted to see if any one has seen this kind of bump before. Its been there for awhile and it hurts when you hit it or anything. Feels like a hard small ball.
Welcome to A2A, steve100. It looks like some sort of abscess - perhaps a sebaceous cyst that has become infected? They are easily treated with antibiotics and drainage, so off to the doctor.

Hey steve, to me, it looks like either a really bad ingrown hair that became infected, or it like of looks like a small boil. nonetheless, have it looked at soon! I would keep a large bandage over it.
