I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about, there's a V that starts outside above the hips and points down to either side of the groin. First off, who knows what that's actually called? and Secondly, what kind of workouts can you do to make that more pronounced? I've never met a girl that doesn't love those, but mine aren't easily visible. I've been doing some ab workouts but I want to try and target that specifically.

I think it's a matter of body fat % - it shows if this is low.

I'm like skin and bones though, and I've seen it present on much stockier people. Doing some research I guess it's just the bottom of the obliques so I should try and target those more?

They are your lower oblique abdominal muscles. You need to do oblique exercises and don’t keep doing the same thing because your body becomes accustomed to it. It’s the same as lifting- If you don’t add on Weight then you don’t add on muscle. (I know your not trying to put on muscle) Swimming is really good too.

Are you talking about the same thing that forms on stomach when you bend forwards and pull your abs in ?
