OK, so recently I've noticed that the edge of head of my penis has become slightly discolored. Slightly rosy, pinkish, but not very noticeable unless you're trying. If I gently stretch the skin, I notice that it's pretty dry and looks like it wants to crack, even though there's no pain.

I also have developed these small soft spots just underneath the penis head to the right (and a few on the other side). There's no discharge, they don't pop (or contain fluid), and are painless.

Now, I'm just trying to figure out what these could be. I haven't been with anyone since last April, and even before that I was in a relationship and never had any outbreak or anything like this (and I was in the relationship for three years).

Can anyone offer some peace of mind here?
