I have a couple questions on how to decrease oily skin (on my face). - what's the best over the counter product for this that's for people with sensitive skin. -why does your face create oil? is it something I can prevent from eating certain foods?

I don't know about products (I think most are just cleansers), but the reason for the oil is to keep your skin from drying out. It is produced by the sebaceous glands buried within nearly all of your skin. Unfortunately, some people produce a bit too much.
People often assume that greasy foods lead to more oil, but it may be a myth.
