I woke up at maybe 3am... And, I don't know why, but, I always have a tendancy to touch my penis when I wake up, my penis was sticky, like, with precum, but, I don't precum... I pull down my jeans REAL fast like, wtf fast. I'm looking at it... And there surely is a clear discharge coming from my urethra... I squeeze it to see how much of it there is. And a glob, not alot, of white discharge came out, looked a lil bit like pus or something. Any ideas what this might be? I am going to get tested right away... But, just curious as to what it MIGHT be, before I go in... Also, no pain or discomfort, no swelling of any sort anywhere... No odor to it either. This is... The first time this has happened.

A pus-like discharge from the urethra often indeed is pus, due to infection of the urethra (urethritis). Usually it is accompanied by pain on urination, but not always.
One possible infection is gonorrhoea, and the doctor should take a swab (yes, up the urethra) and have it tested. But other infections are possible, not all necessarily sexually transmitted. And with the lack of painful urination, it might not even be an infection.

Yeah, I thought it was weird... I've had UTIs before... So, I know what it feels like to have an infection in there... Lol. It doesn't hurt, doesn't itch, it's just... Seeping, lol. I think it may be Chladmydia... But, there is no burning sensation with the urination...
Update: I just got some more out only to verify the colour of the discharge. Compared it next to a white napkin... It is in fact a very light yellow colour. Wooo~ Infection~

Sorry to keep you in the dark, I just went to the doctors office today and the woman took one look and said it was either Chlamydia or Gonorrhea... I took two types of antibiotics and they sent me on my way... After torturing my penis, sticking cotton up there, jajaja.

The cotton up there was the swab to test it to see exactly what you had. If it's gonorrhoea or chlamydia the antibiotics should fix it.
You should let anyone you have had sex with in the last month know. They may be an unknowing carrier.

It was Gono... Just got the call, I am all better now. I called every guy I'd had unprotected sex with and just told them all to go get tested...
