Ok, so about a couple weeks ago, I found a little raised red bump on the shaft of my penis. There was no pain, but my penis was a little tender or sensitive. then about a week later, my whole penis was itching and the red shiny-like bump was still there, i put cortisone on my penis and that took care of the itching and it hasnt itched since. Well i got tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, and Syphilis and all negative. So on Monday i received unprotected head, and had protected anal sex with a guy. two days later (today) i woke up and masturbated and after wards my penis was a little irritated, but i thought nothing of it, so then later on i was walking and felt this rubbing on my penis and it was really starting to bother me, when i went to the bathroom, where this red shiny-like bump was, its like kinda gone, but there was this sticky stuff on it and when i took toilet paper, the paper got a little wet. Now later on, its like back to normal, no clear stuff, no red bump... it looks like its back to normal... i'm confused, does this sound like an STD? or something else?
