ok, so im 18. a girl. and a virgin. or at least i was a virgin until just now.

It might have been. Most women nowadays actually break their hymens as a result of tampon use, but it could have been.
You were affected by alcohol, cannabis, and being upset, which weakened your powers of resistance, and you did something you wouldn't normally have done. (I'm assuming he didn't force himself on you. If he did, it was rape.)

It wasnt rape. I just wasn't sober enough to think clearly and say no.
It's not too awkward between us. It prob wont happen again so we dont bring it up.
Why am I still bleeding though? It happened on a friday. Sunday I'm still bleeding when I masturbate. Is this normal? It hurts if I do anything forceful.

A day of bleeding is common, but three days seems excessive. Perhaps you are breaking the scabs when you masturbate - best hold off for a bit. If it still hurts after a few more days it may need a doctor to look at it.
