I used the restroom and after I wiped I noticed some blood in the discharge from my vagina. I'm not sure what's wrong and I'm worried it could be serious. It's not that time of the month yet. I did masturbate Thursday night, I think, and usually afterward any discharge I have is always a different color than normal, then it turns back to normal. I don't know the timeframe in which the color changes back to normal. What should I be worried about? What conditions could be causing this?
