I'm an adult male in my early 20s. I'm in good shape but aware of something. Both my nipples stick out (prolly from puberty, not concerned) but they are on the very bottum of my pec muscle and point down and out. They're practically pointing directly to the side of my body. I cannot figure out why they're like that.I'm trying to find if I could build my chest in a way that would both bring the nipples inward towards my body and up higher in my pec...thanks
