so my penis is sore and has been for about a week. it feels like a bruise but i cant see anything. i had a pretty lengthy and rough j/o session that i think caused it but i dont really know. i would have thought itd be gone by now. i can still j/o and get a hardon with out it hurting but it hurts just sitting or standing. its not an intense pain just a very dull ache that comes and goes? any advice.
