Really Bad Butt Rash

So I started using a new soap (Dr. Bonner's Castile Soap) it was supposed to be mild for sensitive skin. I started using it and was itching a little right after I bathed with it. Then my butt, inside started itching and I wasn't paying attention to it at all. I just thought it was my hemorrhoids. It's gotten worse, usually right after I bathe or during my bath and I was scratch like crazy, but not with my nails. Tonight I decided to us a mirror and take a look back under there. It's red, with some broken skin. It's the area above the anus right below where the split starts. Is there anything okay to put on it to help the skin heal? I don't want to clean it with that soap anymore. I have some aloe vera gel and I think there's peroxide in the bathroom.
Also a little below the anus there was a little hole or tear in the skin. It didn't do anywhere and the skin around it looked normal. It was like a little scoop had been taken out, but the area/hole had healed. I haven't noticed that before.
Please, any insight to this would be very, very helpful.

I don't know about the hole, but red itchy skin in the crack is usually a fungal/yeast infection, easily cleared up with an antifungal cream. (If there isn't any already at home, you can get it without prescription at any pharmacy. Anything for athlete's foot or tinea or thrush or jock itch will be fine.) Keep using it for a week or two after it has cleared up, to make sure it doesn't come back.

Hmmm...I don't think it's fungus or a yeast infection. It didn't start until I was using the soap. It's not in the crack. It's like in the butt, I have to spread my cheeks open to actually see the skin. It's part of the thin skin that surrounds the anus.

I still think you should try antifungal cream. It does no harm if it isn't fungal.

I'll try and get some.... Any other suggestion to help clean it? I don't the the fungal will clean it. I don't want to rub on the already broken, irritated skin.

You could dab it with some wet cotton-wool, but I wouldn't try too hard to clean it until the skin has healed. The chance of infection from faeces is overestimated - the bacteria are nearly all 'good' ones. Haemmorrhoids bleed but rarely get infected.

Stop using that shit!
so many people get a reaction from it. it's too harsh for sensitive skin. I would get some diaper rash ointment like desitin and put it on the affected area until it goes away. It will continue to get worst if you continue to use that crap.
That shit is nasty. stop using that crap. It's bad news.
