I'm just curious to get a general idea of how many guys out there shave their pubic hair. If you do, do you totally shave it off or just trim it down? Do you get the hair off your balls?
If you do shave, why do you do it? If you don't, why not? Myself, I like to shave because I think it just looks cleaner and "more attractive." Hopefully the ladies thing so too.  Also it helps to keep it clean and prevents it from getting too sweaty and gross smelling when its hot out.

I usually take scissors and just trim it as close as possible with scissors. I mostly get the hair everywhere, but on my actual balls there isn't really all that much, so I just get the noticeably long ones.

Yeah, an electric razor is the only way I can get through the jungle I have down there when it grows out. I usually go over it with a straight razor after that, pretty much clear all the hair out. I don't know if I like the "bald look" more or if I just like having to shave slightly less often.

huh nope i've never shaved before. always seemed a little bit... girly to me. like i mean that kind of grooming reminds me of what chicks do (no offense intended) i didn't realize it was so popular...

i've user scissors to keep it trimmed down but i've never shaved it all the way down. i get a little paranoid using an electric razor down there...

I've been meaning to start shaving down there but it just seems like too much work. Last time I shaved I felt like it grew back in about 5 days. Since it takes me so long to clear it all out it just doesn't seem worth it.

Shave the nuts and the taint and just trim the rest. I never did like the bald look on guys or girls. Even at that I don't trim or shave that regularly only when a little action might be happening... so not very often. LoL

Understandable. I only use the electric razor at the pubic area where the main focus of public hair is located. I use a normal razor for the base of the shaft and the testicle areas.
I used to use an electric razor for everything but years ago a friend of mine was using an electric razor on his testicles and a piece of the tender skin got caught in the blades and ripped the sack. So yeah after that happened it scares me away from using an electric razor on the testicles lol :).
I still prefer the electric razor everywhere else though

I usually trim it with the beard clippers on the lowest setting. It keeps it nicely trimmed whit a close clip. I too think a completely shaved pubic area looks funny. I also shave my balls, the gouch and the area from the back of my balls to my asshole about every 3-4 days.
I been doing it for over 20 years now. It's just part of my personal hygiene routine...

I shave my balls like once every few weeks, and trim my penis maybe once a month. I mean my wife and I both love it when I totally shave the entire penis since it feels better for both of us when we are doing anything sexual, but the issue with that is I get really itchy after a day or two after shaving and the area gets easily sweaty. Not to mention, I sometimes get an ingrown hair on my penis and another problem is that it is sometimes painful to do any sexual activity when the hair starts growing back a bit and gets prickly.
I certainly do wish I could permanently not have hair on my penis and balls though. The only side effect would be the sweating thing as I mentioned, but I would take certainly take that just to have better feeling sex.

im actually planning on going and getting it all waxed. i have hair that grows about a third the way up my shaft. it not thick but i still dont like it. ive been just shaving my cocks and balls for a while but i just found a place near my house that will wax men a couple of days ago so im gunna get it all waxed off not just my cock and balls. i know its gunna hurt but for the 6-8 weeks of hairlessness im willing to try anything once

i finally had time to go get it done the other day and the waxing actually didnt hurt much at all. about as bad as ripping off a band aid. the worst part was the underside of my shaft. so far so good. its a little red and bumpy but i kinda expected that seeing as i just ripped out the hair. but i went and got this aloe based lotion and it helps a lot.
