Morning after pill side effects?

Hey guys me and my girlfriend were having sex and the condom broke she took the morning after pill the next day...
Basically she had her period about a week or two before that, and she took the morning after pill and about a week later she got her period it was just way to early maybe two weeks after her original period...
What I was wondering is if this is normal? Does the morning after pill generally make periods come early sometimes or spot...or should I consult a doctor thanks guys

Take my completely unqualified response with a large grain of salt, but I would say it's probably not something to worry about. Those kinds of drugs can have pretty dramatic effects on a woman's hormones and can result in all kinds of side effects.
