Welcome to A2A, WarriorGuy. Since there are many nerve endings in the foreskin, it is usually assumed that the answer is yes. However, reports from people who have been circumcised after puberty often don't support that answer, though of course most of these people had a problem before circumcision that was the reason why they had it done.
Uncircumcised guys are less likely to feel they need lube than circumcised guys.

I realize this is old, but at least its only a few months, unlike lot's of the few year old post's I see replied to.
I'm curious why you want to know, if you're consider getting it done? But that's your private information to do with as you please.
I'm uncircumcised and it is definitely very sensitive (i.e. very pleasurable), but sometimes to the point where I feel slight pain during various sexual acts, however it cools me down a bit and makes me last longer so I'm not complaining. I used to have quite tight foreskin, so I was considering getting it removed, but over a few years, and after a few sexual experiences the problem sort of fixed itself, so I never bothered.
Don't know if you still check this site/care but whatever.  glad if I was of any assistance.

My cut friends need to jerk off more vigorously and for longer to cum and get pleasure. Some of my uncut friends can cum by barely touching their dickheads. I would say the main difference is lost sensitivity in the glans. I find cut dicks usually have very dry, greyish, crusty looking dickheads. The glans is mucosa, not skin, so without protection it like... crusts over a bit. I'm sure some cut guys feel more than others tho, it's a very individual thing.
