How do I do a self testicular exam?

My doctor is telling me that once a month I need to do a self-testicular check to check for cancer.
But even though he showed me, I forgot how to do a self check.
Is it possible to explain such a thing online?
If you could help me, that would be great.

Just sit in a comfortable place nude of course and manipulate your testicles starting in one area with your fingers till you have covered all of your testicles and penis looking for a bump or lumps indicitive of potential cancer or possible benign growth.
Remember your testicles have two normal bumps your testes,so your looking for something other than those bumps.
If you find one or more that are not supposed to there see your doctor ASAP.
Good luck,penile Cancer,Testicular Cancer is fairly rare.
