I am a white 16 year old and I just measured my penis when it was 100% erect, right before ejaculating!
Even though it always looks small to me (what with a large head, and all the pubic hair hides a lot of the base), I measured it to be just shy of 6 inches long and just shy of 5 inches girth (circumference). I am very content with my penis as it looks and seems quite "normal" to me, and it functions perfectly every time!
Edit: oh yeah, i forgot to add, that when my penis is flaccid it is often EXTREMELY small! (prob smaller than normal flaccid, as my penis gets at least 3 fold bigger when erect) I get kind of embarrassed by this sometimes but i am still a virgin and no one has ever seen it but me

Yea mine seems really small when completely flaccid as well...lol...I never measured but its maybe like 2.5 inches, I dunno...
but yea my pubic hair obscures alot of the base also.
Hard I'm about 6.5 to 7" in length, never measured the girth before (I only recently measured the length, never did before lol)

i am like tht too when it in in flacid state it is small but when the blod statrs to get to it; it becmoes Huge compared to what it was before.
i am not sure what the flaced lenght is think it is 2'' but the errct sate is 7'' with a circumfrence of 5.75''-5.8'' with a lage thick head (do girls like large heads).

That doesn't work at all for me, j.a.m.e.s. The length is too long and the width too short. You must have a wide thumb. 
How long people are soft varies enormously. Some guys have hardly any shaft at all soft - in fact, if you're overweight, it can even end up in a hole. Others are almost as long soft as hard.
There's a small crrelation between height and penis size, but not a lot. Many tall guys have small penises, and many short guys have large ones. Weight makes a difference to the visible length, because a thicker fat-pad over the pubic area hides more of the penis length.
I don't know about eyelash and pubic hair colour. My pubic hair seems browner, less black, than my eyelashes.
Smoking is bad for your health generally, but I don't know about penis size. Smokers do get more trouble with impotence later in life.

1 inch = 2.54 cm, so you can convert cm to inches by dividing by 2.54, so 20 cm = 7.9 inches (to one decimal place).
That correlation with shoe size doesn't work at all for me. I wish it did.

Hi minime, there are plenty of people here around your age - perhaps some will PM you. I'm not, but perhaps I can help a little.
Part of the reason for the different averages is that there are a lot of unreliable surveys out there. Any survey where guys can easily opt out is doubtful, especially if their size is communicated to others. The small guys are less likely to take part. Therefore all Internet surveys aren't much good. Any survey that trusts guys to tell their size correctly is doubtful - too many measure "creatively" or simply exaggerate.
The best surveys suggest that the average Western adult male is under 5.5" non-bonepressed, though even the best surveys are far from perfect. Girth is even less clear, though the average is perhaps somewhere near 4.75. That therefore makes you perfectly normal, a little over average.
