hey everyone, this is my first post and it seems a good place to start. I am 15 btw.
when flaccid and at its smallest my penis is 3.5-4 inches long and 3-3.5 inches around. but can be up to 5 inches depending on the mood i am in. when erect, my penis is 6.5 inches long and 4-4.5 inches around. please can someone tell me whether this about average or not for my age? and whether or not it will be likely to grow anymore!

Sounds like it may even be above average for someone your age. The average adult male penis is somewhere between 5 and 6 inches so you're ahead of most adult males when erect. Who knows if you've got more growing to do, most of us are done by our late teens, however, puberty officially ends at 21. What you may notice now is more growth in the girth of it, may not necessarily in length. What matters most is that you take care of it and use it wisely..you only get one!

I am not sure of my penis size because I have a bit of flubber around my penis area.
When I "push in" when I am flaccid, my penis hangs down to my testicles, just a tiny bit below them, so I say it is around 5/6 inches flaccid, I can't get a right calulation right though when erected. I rarely get a "full on" erection, as in I never feel blood going to my penis, I only make my penis just feelable enough to give it stimulation. I never get it rock hard.
I remember my dads penis from when I was younger when he taught me how to pee, and it was "well hung", and I got plenty of good nutrients growing up so I saw my penis is a bit above average. It is very round, but once again I don't know how to measure it

I just measured it now whilst on porn and i got:
Age: 17
length: 7.4 inches
girth: 5.3 inches

Hey bud, at your age and since you've just gotten started I suspect you'll see alot of growth in the next year or so. I was sorta like that as well. Clear cum is common early on in puberty, as things progress it will become more "normal" but right now being clear isn't a problem at all. Be patient and enjoy the ride!

No, that's not average. Average adult length is somewhere around 5 1/2", and average adult girth perhaps something like 4 3/4", so you're considerably bigger on both counts, especially length.
It's not true that you can only be pubescent for a year. Some people may get all their growth spurt in a year, but others grow over several years - it's not the same for everyone. If you include all the different stages of hair growth, you can consider puberty to last for ten years or more.
