Welcome to A2A, pman707. It's not abnormal in the sense of anything being wrong, but it is considerably larger than average. The average adult length is probably somewhere around 5 1/2 inches. It's not so long that it will cause difficulties, however, so all is well.

That's well above average in both length and girth.
It's not possible to predict whether you will grow any more, but if it hasn't grown for the past six months it may well be at final size.

my average penis size is about 6.5 inches erect, my girth is about 5.25-5.5 on a good day i can get up to 7.5 long and just over 6 in girth. however, im a litle bit overweight, so it sems shorter than it is.

There aren't many ways to measure..
Length = from base stomach to the tip along the top.
Girth = Around the shaft about the middle.
The average is the average for most males....

We don't encourage long discussions in this long thread, so it might be good to make a different thread. But the general answer about nationality is that there are some differences in average sizes in different countries, but the differences between individuals are greater.
It's normal for penises to be curved - perhaps half are. It usually is not a problem in use. A very severe bend is different, but this is much rarer.

my erect now maxes out at 7.25 inches but is usually around 7. and thats measuring from the top! the thing is the measurement increased but it doesn't look any bigger to me at all. My flaccid usually hangs around 5 inches. someone told me that that was huge for a flaccid penis. is that right? i mean, huge?

To measure girth, you can use a cloth tape measure and wrap it firmly around your erect shaft, about in the middle, and see where it meets itself. If you don't have a cloth tape measure you can use a strip of paper or a piece of string, mark on it where it meets itself, straighten it out, and measure with a ruler. (Don't use anything that stretches!)
The girth measure shows you what size condom to use.
There isn't a 'right size', only an average. At 14 even that doesn't have much meaning, because some guys at 14 are in an early stage of puberty, while some are nearly finished, so there's a wide variation in what's normal.
