Hi, I am a bit concerned over something that has been happening over the last couple of months.
Sometime ago (couple of months) i noticed a dryness around the tip of my foreskin, didnt think any thing of it, some days later after intercourse with my wife i notice that the skin had several small 1,2 and 3 mm splits around the end of the forskin. it healed up with out an issue and i put it down to not enough lubricant. Un fortunatly it has continued to happen and it seems the foreskin is slightly tighter than it should was. I am a bit concerned as it has come back several times and i really dont know what it is, any ideas ?

It could be an infection under the foreskin. Sometimes fungal infections can cause the skin to dry and crack like that. Try using an ointment like Neosporin on the area for a few weeks and see if that helps.

My guess would be a yeast infection- get a hold of some nystatin cream and try that for a while. Does your wife have a yeast infection? Those slits can turn into scar tissue, making retraction very, very difficult, often resulting in aquired phimosis. Not a good thing, have a doc check it out for yeast.
