I have no clue what I have, but it needs to just go away. Under my scrotum, and in the lower crevis of my bum a rash comes and goes as it wants. It develops where thier is skin to skin contact, the 'pits', but the only place I have it is where I described, no where else. I have had this for nearly a year now, unsure of what to think. From my guess it is bacterial, the rash itself looks like a heat rash, which is what I first thought it was, it also has a thin layer which develops over it, which is a creamy color and smells of.. death. I assume I should go to a clinic or something and find out for sure. It appears and stays for a week or so, then goes away upward to 2 months.

I don't know why you have been suffering from this for a year now. It's probably something easily treatable. Go see a doctor! It can be a fungal, bacterial or yeast infecton. Who knows? Go get it checked out when you do have an outbreak.
