Hi i know all about Foreskin Stretching and stuff but the frenum keeps confusing me. How do you avoid ripping the frenum? Is it easy to snap? Does it impede sliding the foreskin down? Help plz!

If you ever manage to rip the frenulum during sex, you seriously need to stop doing ab crunches.

Seriously, though, you can't rip it. But if you're thinking about that, maybe it's because pulling back the foreskin is painful? The frenulum only impedes sliding the foreskin down if it is very short. If you can slide the foreskin far enough down to expose the head without feeling any pain where the frenulum connects with the head, you probably don't have any problem. Otherwise, you may want to see an urologist.

if the Frenum is the bit of skin that goes from the back of the Glans to the bottom inside of the foreskin then i have ripped mine. i rippe dit years ago while having sex.
it isnt completely ripped off but only a little bit is still connected to the bottom fo the glans its rather amusing actually.
didnt really hurt at the time but sometimes get abit sencitive when ym foreskin is fully retracted.

I've been sore after extremely vigorous sex but never torn. where the frenum attaches to the glans if often concidered the male clit.
Try pressing a vibrator or better a plug in massager against the spot. It works for me.
