My girlfriend and i are both still virgins, but i'm worried about her being pregnant. If my semen maybe got smeared on the outside of her vagina, but did not get far inside, could she be pregnant? what are the chances? Please help me with this, because we're both very worried.
oh, her last period was a month ago today, and she hasn't experienced any cramping yet.

very low chance that she's pregnant. If it's worrying you sick, buy a pregnancy test. Periods can be sparadic sometime.

my girlfriend is 17, so i'm trying not to worry so much about her period...i'm just not exactly ready for a baby yet, and neither is she.
as far as a pregnancy test goes, i'm scared to death of the results

I worried about it too, but the odds are slim. Sperm do not crawl. The gel-like substance in the vagina is what allows the sperm to swim. It is very difficult for the sperm to get in from outside. Still, it may ease your mind to buy a test.

I've also heard that worrying about it and stressing about it can cause her period to be late, true or untrue?

Uh oh! She aint pregnant, time to party party! Hope you'll wear a condom and use birth control at the same time. Other than that, time to party party. Which girl is gonna dance on the table with a short skirt on? I'm in a partay mood!
