sleep advice needed/what do you take to get sleep?

Was wondering what some of you are doing or taking to get some sleep. I'm currently taking Ritalin and am having problems getting some sleep.
I heard about taking Melatonin but could not find any information whether or not it is okay to take when you're taking Ritalin.

A lot of people who have ADD/ADHD that take Ritalin have problems sleeping. I should know, I used to take it ^_^ I suggest you talk to your doctor about it and if you need to switch meds, they'll let you know. Until then drink warm milk, it does work.
