Same thing I tell everyone who asks, drink warm milk. Heat it up in the microwave or whatever, and if you want to you can add some honey (tastes good
). There's a chemical that's released when milk is heated, and it causes your mind to calm down so you can relax and your mind won't wander as much.
It works for me, and a couple others have posted that it works.
