I got my eye poked by someone, and there was a little of blood behind my eyes, so theres like red blood on some parts on one of my eye... will the blood jus go away soon? or do i need surgery? please answer...

I don't know much about it. I had a friend who got stabbed in the eye with a pencil, and the tip of the pencil lead was stuck in his eye. He didn't go to the doctor for it, but he ended up OK. I recommend seeing a doctor though.

Without actually "seeing" it's hard to say.
"Most" of the time, it is only a case that one of the small blood vessels in the eye has ruptured. In this instance it can take a few weeks for your eye to return to its normal "white colour". Really, you should have it checked out by a Doc or at your local A&E encase other damage has occurred.
