I recently had a head cold with a lot of drainage and it seems like ever since I've had a nasty taste in my mouth and no matter how much I brush my teeth and tongue, use mouthwash or floss I still have it and I'm sure my breath can't be any better! Any idea of what I should do?

You might have a sinus infection.

I know this is an old thread but, if you had alot of drainage and now you have an icky feeling in your mouth that isn't going away, i'm almost 100% sure tonsil stones have formed in your tonsils. They're harmless in nature and if you never got them before they'll most likely go away after a while, but if you wanted more information on them go to edit: no advertising please which is awesome for information on tonsil stones and related issues, hope this helps anyone searching with related breath problems! - Josh
