I'm in my eighth month and carrying around a watermelon everywhere I go. I have a really hard time getting to and staying asleep at night. Any suggestions?

one of my friends daughter couldn't sleep or stay asleep well for the last 2 months while she was carrying, so she ended up just cat-napping in a comfortable chair on and off throughout the day. A cup of warm milk or coco could help, soft music in the background, keep the lights low encase you drop off or maybe a boring film could help. (just make sure you let your hubby know what you’re doing so he doesn't think it's a romantic night in and wants to stir the pudding lmao)

Aww i really feel for you. Everybody always tells you to get as much sleep now as you can, before the baby is born. Its just about impossible when your having your ribs kicked, have to pee every hour, your back hurts and have heartburn so bad you want to vomit!! lol

If at all possible sleep when and where ever you can, even if its during the middle of the day. Maybe talk to your Doctor and see if he sugests anything to help you rest.

Good luck!

Make sure you room is not too hot and not too cold. Sleep on your side with a pillow between your legs. And try not to drink anything past 7pm other than warm milk.
