I recently started to get little red dots on the head of my penis, I get a white discharge from the bottom of my head and I can kind of smell the discharge. It first happened about a month ago and it went away in about a week and it just recently appeared again this week for the second time. I am uncircumcised so I only see this when I pull my foreskin back. I've been sexually active with my girlfriend for about 7 months, and I dont use a condom because she is on birth control. I dont think it is from her because I recently went with her to a clinic to get checked out and she is clean as a whistle. Is this an STD or an infection?

I'm not quite sure what it is. You need to get to a doctor and get it checked out. Always wear a condom no matter what. She could've had something. Sometimes they don't always show up and sometimes the doctor only checks for certain diseases.

It's most likely some sort of infection, perhaps yeast, but you do need to go to a doctor. If it's yeast or something like that, you and your girlfriend should both be treated, even if she shows no symptoms.
