bumps, HPV?

okay, i've been very worried about these bumps that are occuring on my penis. they are beginning to get worse should i say. nothing disgusting. they don't hurt at all, they are white-colored..
I'm not sure if its an STD, gential warts. I heard you can get them without really having sex. I'm a virgin too so this bugs me. i never had any sexual contacts whatsoever...so anyone can help?

You need to give us more details.
If you've never been sexually active then the chances that you have HPV are very slim. I'll bet you have PPP (Pearly Penile Papules) if they are located along the ridge of the glans or just plain hair follicles and sebaceous glands if they are along the shaft.
In either case they are quite normal, harmless and ...not removable.
