Ok, making the break up harder.(for anyone who has payed attn) Monday the bf took his daughter to the psychiatrist, and they just put her on prozac... I don't beleive that she has such a problem, I have a step daughter with ADD and a brother-in-law with ADHD, so I do beleive it exists... My problem is that I think she is just a product of her raising, no more trouble than any other "normal" kid. I have discussed this with her dad, and I am REALLY afraid of the side affects... Has anyone else been through it, and what if she doesn't NEED the med? Could it really screw her up? I am really scared since the 3rd thing in the list of warnings was "risk of suicide"... I will be watching her for about 8 more weeks for an hr after school...any idea what to watch for? Its so little time to spend with her.

She is only 13. Not really a problem child either... Also started her periods, and is acting like a norm 13yr old as far as I am concerned. Not yet side tracked by the boys, but by her changing bod.

As I said, I already talked to her father. She is going to continue to use it. What do I watch for? Any subtle signs that something is going awry? I am just so scared for her. He is doing nothing illegal. (so I can't get authority help) And I am only going to see her for an hour each day after school...
