And the key word here is can. The chances are very low but are dependant on several things. How long ago was the last ejaculation, did he urinate after ejaculation, has any semen leaked past the prostate. Basically, if there is any semen in the urethra, then it can get flushed out by precum. Precum itself, has no sperm.
