Hair question. Want some but not all.......

Well heres my situation. I'm 16, single, not sexually active aside from well, with myself. I would say I have a lot of hair down there, and I don't want it all. I've shaved before, and although it was mighty fun for the first day or so, since I didn't want to keep it like that, I just let it grow back....Yeah, rather itchy. Trimming is OK, but its not THAT much different than normal. What I would like to do is get rid of 50% of the hair down there, because its so thick that its annoying sort of. How would I do this? If I were to say shave again, would using an electric razor (tri-head) be good?
Also, on the same topic, I would like to get rid of most of the hair on 'the two guys' down there, but am afraid to get near them with anything sharp  Any help here?

Shaving your balls is a lot less painless than it seems. I shaved them with a normal razor and shaving cream--didn't hurt too bad at all. As far as trimming goes, an electric razor would work good.

I used electric razor once and I had razor burn like mad, the skin is really sensitve make sure you use lotion or shaving cream. There is a stage where it gets really itchy then you learn to cope with it and it isn't soo bad. If you decide to shave keep up with it once a week.

Do not use an electric razor/trimmer on your balls! It will cut you!

Use a pair of scissors! Twist a few hairs together and snip as short as you want and clean up is easy. No danger assuming you don't spontaneously get a twitch. Hours of entertainment, too!
