how do u know if you have stomach or brain cancer?

just wondering what are the symptoms of stomach cancer and brain cancer. Do most people usually notice its cancer before its too late to get treated for it?

Nothing is certain, but the earlier a cancer is detected, the better the chances of a cure. Most forms of cancer are rare or very rare in young people, however.
A brain tumour is usually first noticed by a headache that keeps coming back or doesn't go away. Sometimes the first symptom is something odd with memory or perception or language or some other apect of brain function.
Stomach cancer may be noticed through vomiting or pain that keeps coming back or doesn't go away.
In both cases, and nearly always with cancer, there are many other diseases that can give similar symptoms, and it needs proper medical diagnosis.
