It looks like an ordinary zit-type pimple to me, though it seems to be developing more slowly than usual.

Looks like a pimple too me. You can get those on your penis, I have a few times before. I just pop 'em and go on with my day.

I have to agree. It looks like a pimple to me too.
But why are there so many pictures of it? We didn’t need to see it when you are erect either. I just have this sneaky suspicion you like taking photos of your appendage. One maybe two pictures would have been sufficient
