So lately i have noticed my sex drive has been going down hill. I havent had proper sex for a long long time, however i often end up doing other stuff. I havent had a girlfriend for about two years by my choice, just waiting for someone i genuinely like.
More recently i have braught home a girl (after a night of drinking mind you), and once the forplay is out of the way, i just cant keep a strong erection to penetrate.
There may be something to do with nerves there, but i was fairly relaxed in general.
Its like theres a certain window of oppertunity and if its left too long it just fails.
And even in masturbation, my erections just dont seem to be as strong as they used to, if there is no movement going on with my penis it will stay erected but become very soft and feel weak.
I dont want this problem to keep occuring, its very embarresing when im with a girl and i can only go so far.
Someone informed me about horny goats weed and i thought about getting some, in my mind i thought it would be a "one night wonder" kind of thing, like viagra. But i didnt realise its infact a pill you take every day. It didnt say a whole lot about it on the packet.
So can anyone give me some information about it, or any other advise that might help?

Study up on it first.
There's no guarantee it'll work and it may be harmful to you. Not everybody can take everything.
One suggestion: Don't drink so much.
Alcohol is not an aphrodisiac, but a sedative, at least after a drink or two.
It lowers inhibitions, but does nothing to enhance performance.
I don't think you truly have a problem, but if you think you do, see a doctor.
